Our massages

Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is usually done with oil or lotion and can incorporate stroking, kneading, friction and warming of the skin to ease tension and soothe the body and mind.

Foot Massage

Reflexology is a powerful complementary medicine therapy that is based upon the principle that there are reflex areas in both the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs, and parts of the body.

Hot Stone Massage

Muscles are soothed and tensions is released as the heat from the stones reduces inflammation and tenderness. A relaxing and soothing massage.
